Happy Monday, University School Families!

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and had a chance to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and warm temperatures! It has been such a lovely start to October. We hope our families have been able to spend some time outdoors enjoying the sunshine and changing colours.

Welcoming Our Newest Students

As part of an ongoing tradition of welcoming students to University School, all Kindergarten students and students who are new to our school receive a University School T-shirt.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the University School Council/Parent Association for their generous support in providing the funds to make this tradition possible. It is a simple but meaningful way to welcome our newest students and help them feel part of our school community.

Kindergarten students and students who are new to University School will be receiving their T-shirts this week!

Students Require Chaperones

This is a School Council event run by volunteers. Any teachers or school staff in attendance are there as our guests.

Children MUST attend with a chaperone who is responsible for their supervision.

We ask all adults to help us create a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. Please talk to your children about the following rules before the event:

  1. Do not climb onto the stage. The DJ's equipment could get damaged, and there is a risk of crowding and falling.
  2. Do not destroy school property or decorations.
  3. Stay within the allowed zones of the school. If a hallway is dark or blocked off, please stay out.
  4. Walking feet only. Running isn't safe during this event, as the gym and hallways can become quite crowded. We've seen children crash into each other, fall and get stepped on. Please encourage walking feet throughout the event.
